Free shipping in the USA on most fire pits. If you require remote or white glove service, please contact us directly for additional freight charges. Please contact us directly for all custom and stainless steel fire pit freight charges.
Fire pits will be shipped via LTL freight lines. These shipments are delivered curbside. Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your fire pit to the curb at the end of your driveway.
Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.
Return Policy
All Seasons Fire Pits are hand forged from carbon steel by our steel artisans. Each fire pit will be unique and may have slight imperfections due to the art of hand forging steel. We use high quality carbon and stainless steel that is made in the USA. There may be imperfections in the finish of the carbon or stainless steel from the steel manufacturer.
Our return policy covers defective fire pits. We do not offer buyer’s remorse returns. All return freight will be at the customer’s expense. If a fire pit is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. To return fire pit, shipping and freight prepaid and the original sales receipt will be required before a refund is issued. We can not accept a return on a fire pit that has been used. All fire pits must be returned in the original packaging.
Duties of Inspection by Customer
Despite everyone’s best efforts, sometimes fire pits are damaged during freight and delivery. Returns are at the cost of the Customer except when damage is incurred during freight. To document such damage and receive the free freight, it is the customers duty to inspect the product before indicating acceptance of the same. Unpack and inspect the fire pit at the time of delivery. If damage is found, document all damages on the delivery ticket and request the driver to sign the same. The driver should take the product back with him for return to Season’s Fire Pits. If damage is present, do not accept the freight or sign any documentation indicating acceptance. Any signed receipt without notation of damages is your acceptance of the product in its as is/where is condition. At that juncture, it cannot be returned.
Your authorization to the delivery company that the firepit may be left at the delivery address without a signature constitutes an acceptance of the firepit as is/where is and releases Seasons Fire Pits of any responsibility for damages or missing parts.
Due to the custom craftsmanship involved in every step of your fire pit, we allow our customers to approve each step of production for custom orders. Shipment or pick up will occur only after your approval on custom orders.
