St Patrick’s Day Green Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows for Fire Pit S’mores

If you are planning a St. Patrick’s Day gathering around the fire pit, these green chocolate dipped marshmallows are one of the easiest ways to add a festive twist to your night by the fire.  They are quick to make and elevate your serving board.  Set them out with graham crackers, sugar cookies and chocolate bars for everyone to build their own lucky s’more.

What you will need:

Large marshmallows

Green Chocolate candy melts

Lollipop sticks

Green Sprinkles

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and insert the lollipop sticks into the marshmallows.  Melt the green candy melts in a microwave safe bowl following package instructions.  Dip each marshmallow halfway into the melted chocolate, dip the top into a bowl of sprinkles and then place on the parchment paper and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
