Ring in the New Year with a S’Moretini around the Fire Pit

Looking for a festive way to ring in the New Year?

We suggest an outdoor gathering around the fire pit toasting friends with a S’moretini.

 

You will need the following ingredients for 4 servings:

Chocolate Syrup

Marshmallow Crème

Crushed Graham Crackers

8 scoops of Chocolate Ice Cream

6 shots of Bailey’s Irish Cream

1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

Coat the rims of 4 sturdy martini glasses with marshmallow crème then roll in the crushed graham crackers.  Mix the ice cream, Bailey’s and vanilla in a blender.  Pour into Martini glasses.  Serve with Marshmallows and skewers.  Suggest your guests toast the marshmallows first to enjoy with the S’Moretini.
